		<content type="html"><![CDATA[I read How to rent vacation properties by owner (great book!) and the chapter on don't get scammed has saved me a lot of aggravation and money. Being a professional clown, I have gotten 3 email inquiry's asking if they can send along a bigger check than was needed and then get the money back, or have someone pick up the extra cash.
