Debbie James started out as a real estate investor of rental properties in Atlanta, Georgia before taking on the role full time in Florida.  She soon shifted gears to join the agent side of things, helping buyers and sellers of vacation property in the Destin area.  Debbie is going to talk to us about the current state of the Destin market, including the impact of the oil spill as well as obtaining a mortgage.
