As a former lobbyist, vacation rental owner Dian Jordan felt particularly strongly when the local government proposed legislation that all vacation rental owners in her area would have to obtain real estate licenses. Dian considers herself to be more of a hotelier, and she fought (and won) to pass state legislation to maintain VRBOs as hotels in Oklahoma.
